Working in companies like Arm, Honeywell, Hays, Capita, E.ON, AstraZeneca, PwC, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Barclaycard and Barclays PLC, he’s benefited from exposure to all areas of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Throughout his career he has worked with stakeholders and candidates at all levels, built high-performing teams, enabled business growth, and most importantly contributed to people’s careers flourishing.
