We’re working with a well known UK business as they embark on a transformation of how they approach digital technology and we’re helping them build a world class software engineering function.
You’ll be part of a new team of Software Engineers shaping standards, engineering practices, and delivery approaches. You’ll work with modern technologies, build scalable and secure platforms, and help redefine the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining high-quality, customer-facing and back end digital platforms across Web, App, API & Microservices
- Designing scalable, secure solutions in line with modern engineering principles and cloud-based architecture
- Shaping delivery practices, automation, and observability tooling
- Collaborating across teams in product, test, delivery, and service to get great work into customers’ hands
- Coaching others and contributing to the development of an engineering-led culture
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in .NET development, with exposure to wider technologies such as Node, JavaScript frameworks Vue.js,React, Kotlin or Swift
- Experience building cloud-native platforms in Azure or AWS using Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure developing CMS platforms (Sitecore), Authentication approaches (OAuth2, OIDC, APIs), and microservices
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and delivering customer-first outcomes
- Passion for sharing ideas, evolving standards, and improving how teams build software

Recruitment Process:
